What we collect, and how this site is built to be used by everyone.

Privacy

When you send a rate request or a message through this site, we collect the details you type: your name, your email or phone number, your company if you give it, and what you tell us about the shipment. That information is stored so we can reply, and it is emailed to Kattz Logistics at admin@kattzlogistics.com. Photos or video you attach to a rate request are stored privately with it; the email to Kattz Logistics carries links to them that stop working after seven days, and the files are kept until we delete them. We do not sell any of it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than responding to you and moving your freight.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. If a privacy-first analytics endpoint is configured, it receives anonymous page and interaction events (for example, that a rate form was started) and never the contents of a form. Your browser keeps an unsent draft of a form for the rest of your visit so a reload or a closed panel does not lose your words; it is removed when the form is sent or the tab is closed. To avoid asking twice, your browser also remembers when you last closed or sent the rate request: two dates, and nothing about you.

Accessibility

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 AA: every page works with a keyboard, with a screen reader, at 200% zoom, with reduced motion, and without JavaScript or WebGL. The freight journey on the homepage has a full text equivalent, every form field has a label, and errors are tied to the field they describe.
